SUMMARY
To serve as the customer's initial point of contact when entering the branch and to be ready to handle whatever requests that customers may have.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Process customer transactions for all product types.
Process pay-off transaction for all product types.
Handle customer concerns.
Ability to comprehend and implement all policies, procedures and practices of the institution.
Explains, promotes and sells deposit products and services.
Explains, promotes, and refers loan products and services.
Balances and maintains individual cash drawer.
Handle account closings.
Provides "West End" Customer service at all times.
Greets all customers as they enter the branch.
Answers the phone.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
