Margaret Maddux can be described as many things; hardworking, dedicated, punctual, cooperative, trustworthy, responsible, giving, positive, willing, and an all around great person inside and out.  From spending days and days researching to hours and hours deciphering, she never complains or says she can’t and always comes through for the bank and the employees with more than anyone could have ever expected. 

Although she spends her days behind the scenes, the impact she makes is more than visible to all.  The job she does is not an easy one by any means.  Not just because the work is hard and the days can be long, but because it takes pretty “tough skin.”  She has come a long way in her position and continues to get stronger ever day.  She has taken the responsibilities of her job and made them personal achievements.  She strives to make West End Bank the best it can be and is devoted to upholding the banks mission to its fullest.
